We accept all major forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets.

2. Is safety gear provided?

Yes, we provide helmets upon request to ensure your safety while riding.

3. Who can rent your scooters?

Our rentals are for adults only. Riders must be at least 18 years old to rent a scooter.

4. What should I do in case of an accident?

In case of an accident, the rider is responsible for their own safety. We recommend wearing a helmet and following all traffic rules and safety guidelines.

5. Where do I pick up and drop off the e-scooter(s)?

E-scooters pick-up and drop-off will take place at St. Lawrence Market. Please notify staff by text message to complete the return process. Late returns may be subject to additional charges.

6. Are there any additional charges or hidden fees?

There are no additional charges or hidden fees. However, if the scooter is not returned, your credit card will be billed for the price of the scooter and a full day's rental charge.

7. What happens if I go over my rental time?

If you go over your rental time, we will charge your credit card for the additional time upon return.
